RightNow (Nasdaq: RNOW) and Quris will partner to deliver e-mail marketing programs, the companies announced today. The joint offering will combine RightNow Marketing's technology platform with Quris's campaign management strategy and services. The companies maintain that by combining services they will be able to help clients increase customer loyalty, improve revenue and implement proactive customer service.

Quris will add to this technology strategic e-mail Increase Customer Sales with Email Marketing -- Free Trial from VerticalResponse marketing services including e-mail strategy consulting, creative services, campaign management and execution, and analytic and research services.
